OHIO DRILL & TOOL COMPANY supplies high quality cutting tools.  We meet and exceed our customers' expectations in: Value, Delivery, and Quality.  This is accomplished through continually improving our business systems.

ORDERS
There is a minimum order of $30.00 net.  Orders less than the minimum order will be shipped with a $10.00 handling charge.

We reserve the right to ship 10% over or under the order quantity on special made orders.

Cutting tools are made in the USA.

Prices are subject to change without notice.

TERMS
Net 30 days to qualified accounts.  C.O.D., Visa and MasterCard accepted.

BROKEN PACKAGE
Broken package charge of $2.00 per size will be added to 1-5 piece orders.

FREIGHT
All orders will be shipped UPS prepaid and added to invoice unless a collect number is provided. Alternate carriers will be provided upon request. Insurance charges will be applied at the seller's direction unless instructed otherwise.

DAMAGED FREIGHT
Please let shipper know if your goods are damaged.  Ohio Drill will assist you with your claim if you need help.

RETURNS
You must obtain authorization prior to returning any goods to us.  There is a 15% restocking charge on authorized returned goods.  Specials will not be accepted for return unless they are found to be defective in quality or workmanship.

CAUTION
Any cutting tool may break or shatter when improperly used.  Caution must be exercised.  Government regulations require use of safety glasses and other appropriate safety equipment at all times in the vicinity of use.
